当社の事前承諾なく価格の変更、値引き販売を行ってはならないものとします。


販売店は、当社が供給する「PD9」関連商品について、店頭販売および自社運営のEC サイトでの販売に限り許可されるものとします。

販売店は、以下の行為を行ってはならないものとします。
　1. 転売を目的とした販売
　2. 第三者への再卸売または再販売
　3. 当社の事前承諾なく、EC モール（例：楽天市場、Amazon、Yahoo! ショッピング等）への出品・販売
　4. その他、当社が不適切と判断する販売方法
